We help make wishes come true.

While most wish-granting organizations set a cutoff age of 18, at the Silly Lily Foundation, we believe that wishes should be granted regardless of age. After all, cancer, chronic conditions, and terminal illnesses do not discriminate based on age.

Do you know a child, teenager, sibling, parent, or friend battling cancer, a chronic condition, or a terminal illness who has a special wish you would like us to help fulfill?

Whether it’s a specific toy, an encounter with a beloved celebrity, a concert, or a memorable trip, we will do our utmost to make it a reality. Please keep in mind that while we strive to fulfill every wish, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Feel free to complete the form below to request a wish.

“Silly Lily has been beyond helpful in my chronic illness journey. I work with young children, and Silly Lily’s books have been so helpful in explaining what an NJ feeding tube is and why I need it. Their page has also reminded me that I am not alone, especially on the hard days. The care package I received truly brightened my day, and every time I use something from it, I’m reminded that I’m not alone and that I will get through this. Thank you, Silly Lily, for everything you’ve done for me and for the chronic illness community.”

$250 Can Help Fund a Life-Changing Wish

Help a warrior navigate the weight of chronic illness by funding a wish grant. At $250, you are directly making a dream come true for a child or young adult who refuses to let their diagnosis define them.

A Quick Update

Care Package Applications Are Temporarily Paused

We are temporarily pausing care package applications so we can catch up on the nearly 5,000 requests we have already received!

As a one-person team, I personally review and prepare our care packages while also navigating my own journey with chronic illness. I work on them around medical appointments and whenever my health allows, so the process can take longer than I would like. Every package is put together with love and the hope of bringing a little happiness to someone going through a difficult time.

Please don’t be discouraged! We plan to reopen applications as soon as we have caught up. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and support. Please stay tuned for updates!
